What is IWMS?
To understand what actually IWMS is, we need to understand what are the activities and tasks involved in managing a running workplace.
To run a workplace smoothly, usually a team of facility managers, real estate managers and assets managers and many more are involved. Running a smooth operations may involve cleanliness, furniture maintenance, carpet cleaning, electricity maintenance, HVAC systems, different space types, indoor ambiance, cafeteria, water, and much more.
Teams are responsible for managing the tasks falling under their umbrella. Typical team-wise tasks are as follows

While using these types of point solutions departments, operations manager or higher management often struggle in  getting the insights like annual budget spent on facility or assets inventory, etc. Th lack of information leads to loss of capital or not being able to take informed decisions.
